Itinerary

There a bus will pick up you from Lao Cai to Bac Ha. You may have breakfast in Bac Ha, the repack your bag ready for trekking.

Start your trek from Bac Ha. Trek up hills to Lau Thi Ngai – Thai Giang Pho area to see the view at beautiful valleys around Bac Ha town. English guide talking all information of some many different minorities (H'mong, Tay, Nung, Dao,...) and local life in Bac Ha. Stop at the local house ( Flower Hmong or Tay family) to have picnic lunch. Then come back Bac Ha Town in the afternoon around 4 or 5.00 pm.
